MingWang Consultancy

We attend to the unease people feel before decisions of consequence.

Founded in 2021, MingWang offers judgement and strategy only: no outsourced execution, posting, editing or customer service. Its three lines look unrelated, yet they are three rooms of one house. Persuading a client to buy property abroad is unease. Competing with a rival for the same gaze is unease. Sending a résumé that changes course is unease too. MingWang turned this into a method rather than a slogan.

Product information, regulatory path and market communication, returned to one traceable chain of evidence.

Emma Tong helps device teams clarify their regulatory path, organise submissions and plan product introduction, and brings expertise in content assets and knowledge graphs so that technical data becomes legible. Our practice carries her clients’ marketing once the product has landed.

Principal Advisor　Auden Lai

Auden Lai founded MingWang Consultancy and GuanCheng Martech, and serves as principal advisor to Shuoguo Zhixin Advisory. He brought three seemingly unrelated lines under one method, from diagnosis to ordering to choosing what to forgo: needs are captured by questionnaire, terms and deliverables are confirmed in writing, and every judgement leaves its reasoning behind.

Core principles: decipher intelligence, anticipate change, prevail by strategy, hold the information advantage; stay close to the market, accelerate growth, drive transformation.

Regulatory Advisor　Emma Tong

Emma Tong studied mechanical engineering at National Chiao Tung University, with research linking biomechanics, assistive devices and user needs. Her 2017 master’s thesis examined the willingness of lower-limb orthosis users and the factors behind it, holding technical design and lived experience in the same question.

Her regulatory work spans orthopaedic implants, portable smart medical devices, and device quality and regulatory systems.

How We Work

Judgement, never hours

We deliver traceable judgement and repeatable process, not a count of posts. A number we cannot trace never enters a proposal.

Situation, constraints and aims are written down first; scope and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Work begins the day after full payment is received.

What We Do Not Do

MingWang and Shuoguo Zhixin do not run ads, post content or handle customer service. We promise no sales volume, return, interview, job offer or regulatory approval, and we do not broker, sell or lease property in Taiwan.
